BCC Rental Units are located in a quiet, wooded setting on South Bass Island at Put-In-Bay’s Island Club

The two homes are air-conditioned and each have 3 bedrooms, a living room with a TV and fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, amenities two full bathrooms and picnic tables. SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, TOWELS, SOAP, and TP are NOT provided! (One queen and two full beds)
For your convenience there is an island grocery to purchase food, beverages, and other essentials.

Taxi Service is available from either ferry or airport to the Put-in-Bay Island Club.

Reservations
There is a three night minimum on weekends and a two night minimum during the week

Deposit
A deposit of $300.00 is required to hold a reservation. Deposit must be made within 7 days of placing the reservation. Final payment is due 30 days in advance of the reservation date.

Cancellations
Cancellation 30 days or less before reservation will forfeit your security deposit in full. Cancellations within less than 7 days notice will forfeit total rent amount.

Payment
All reservations are to be paid 30 days in advance. All reservations will be considered Cancelled and the deposit forfeited if not paid on time.
Money order or Banker’s cashier checks accepted.

Premium Times are Memorial Day, 4th of July, Christmas in July, Bay Week, Volleyball Tournament, Labor Day, and New Year’s Eve.

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.
Sorry, Early arrival cannot be guaranteed

Check-out is 10:00 a.m.
Late check-outs will be charged an additional day.

Occupancy Limits: 6 People maximum.

Parking is limited to 2 cars per unit.
